In our project IMColleague, we established a mentoring program for high school students who want to become engineers from different parts of Turkey. Within the scope of this program, we plan to guide young people who are on the way to building their future. The mentoring program will last for 6 months and will take place once a month. At these intervals, mentors and students will meet for 30 minutes and the mentors will guide the students. Our mission is to ensure that students who aim for a profession in the field of engineering meet with successful figures in the field of engineering. Thus, we aim to bright their future by strengthening their bonds with the FRC community and ensure that students are inspired and motivated.
